I recently had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Last Friday, my car was delivered, but we didn’t receive the temporary number plate or registration. The staff has been incredibly unhelpful and rude, showing a complete lack of customer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. More

Had an appointment for 3:00 Friday to pick up my CPO Volvo. Worst experience, it took 3 hours. Only one finance rep and the customer before me decided they needed to read every line of the standard cont Volvo. Worst experience, it took 3 hours. Only one finance rep and the customer before me decided they needed to read every line of the standard contract. On top of that they couldn’t get the plates off my trade because they were secured with hex screws that required a technician. I was told that needed manager approval to pull a tech off a job even for the 15 minutes it took to remove the plates. The final straw was they gave me the wrong VIN so I needed to scramble with my insurance company to get updated insurance ID cards. Then to top it off I received a follow up email stating if I wasn’t happy with the service please call and speak with the general manager. I called and first the receptionist’s immediate response was he was busy. I explained why I was calling and she asked me to hold. I was then put to voicemail. I left a message with my name and number asking for a callback. That was at 10am today and I’ve not heard from anyone. More
