Volvo of Danbury has been servicing our Volvos since 1998. They have a lot of experience with these cars, both brand new and high-mileage vehicles. We have had no issues scheduling routine service. I am out of town quite a bit and it is comforting to know that if my family has an emergency with one of our Volvos, they can take the car in and usually get it fixed in the same day. If not, there is usually a loaner available or they will make arrangements for a rental car. They do quality work, but if there is a problem they will make it right. As a long term customer, we have gotten to know the service advisors, especially Mike Cerone, the service manager, Mike DeSanzo, and some of the technicians very well. They are great people who care about customer satisfaction. We would recommend Volvo to anyone who wants a premium automobile and Volvo of Danbury if you want the premium customer care that should go along with it. More
