Mike Cerone is the best service rep I've ever worked with. If you ever lose Mike, you lose me and I'll go back to buying Mercedes. I have two complaints: 1. I've bought three Volvo's from this dealership combo, for over $120,000 in total, in the last 12 years. I've taken each of them for every servicing to you. Never bounced a check. But when I came in earlier this week, for a $63.28 service charge, I still had to show my driver's license when I wrote a check. THAT'S ABSURD!!! Not Mike's fault, obviously - he was a little embarrassed - but dealership management might want to take a harder look at the way it treats it repeat customers, if it want's them to "repeat." 2 - This is the third time I've tried to write a "review" using this website. The last two times, as iT did today, it let me write the review, then asked me to "log in," which I did. It then went back to the beginning and made me write it over. The last two times I got frustrated and just quit. This time I stuck it out and did it. Either get this site reprogrammed to be more "user friendly'" or stop using it! More

I felt very comfortable from the moment I walkedin the service door, being immediately greeted with a 'good morning' by Mike. After we discussed the reason for my visit, mike offered me coffee and suggest service door, being immediately greeted with a 'good morning' by Mike. Mike checked in with me a couple of times during my wait and when my car was service was complete, he sat across from me and explained everything that was done. We purchased our used 2007 Volvo XC70 from Danbury Volvo. The sales and service are exceptional. As our vehile approached 135K we have found the service to be excellent due to the excellent staff and service The sales and service are exceptional. My only message is to the Volvo PRESIDENT and HEAD DESIGN TEAM. If you want to keep selling cars you need to make them ALOT MORE FUEL EFFICIENT! My next CAR may not/at this time WILL NOT be a volvo unless we SEE MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS IN PARTS COSTS AND FUEL EFFIECIENCY. Also, get your ENGINEERS TO DESIGN A CAR WITH NO MORE BLIND SPOTS - instead of ridiculuos 1300.00 sensors on SIDE MIRRORS. Do the Volvo Brand a favor and get your TEAM ON IT. He understood my sense of urgency and worked with the technicians to get me in and out quickly. These guys are great to deal with - Fast, Friendly and they understand good customer service.
