I actually travel 55 miles to go to this dealership when I could go to another Volvo dealership that is 20 miles from my home. I have purchased two cars from them and will continue to do so. We have two Volvo's in our family. We have used Volvo of Danbury exclusively for both purchase and service since moving into the Danbury area 7 years ago. Our experience has been nothing short of excellent in every respect. Our sales representative, Kevin actually made buying a car a pleasant experience. There was not even a hint of gamesmanship or high pressure sales tactics during the negotiation and the ultimate price was very fair. The service department at Volvo of Danbury is also deserving of praise. All routine services, as well as repairs on our 1993 Volvo, have been performed expertly, timely and professionally. The service manager, Mike is always able to accommodate my busy schedule and has been great at providing me with a loaner vehicle when needed. I would also add that in my experience the service department has excelled at making the diagnosis and repair the first time without the need for a return visit or second opinion.
