Surprisingly the Best Car Dealing Experience Ever !!. My wife and I wanted a new Volvo XC60. Having done my homework, I knew the model and features i wanted. I was very pleased to have Tim Page as my sa My wife and I wanted a new Volvo XC60. Having done my homework, I knew the model and features i wanted. I was very pleased to have Tim Page as my salesperson. He was friendly, courteous, professional and listened to my wants, showed me their inventory and spent time as i drove the different models to confirm the one i wanted. During my time there, he also introduced me to Richard the Sales Manager, Emilio, the General Sales Manager, and Pierre the Service Manager. At no time did anyone push or pull me into a direction which generally they want me to go. Their appreciation of my just being there, giving them a chance to be my Volvo dealer came thru. I came back a few times to re drive and negotiate the price and details that go along with a car purchase. I never felt pressured from Tim or the management. They always made me feel comfortable. No one tried to sell me something that they wanted. When they did not have the color i wanted, they found the exact model, features and color at a different dealer and had it in Danvers the next day. The experience with selecting the car, negotiating the price, the paperwork, and having the car ready was a pleasure for me and for my wife. Even Mike the Finance Manager was a pleasure to work with. When the car was ready, Tim spent over an hour explaining how all the "bells and whistles" worked and followed up a few times making sure i was happy and if i had any questions about the car. As I was about to drive off with my new car, Emilio the General Sales Manager came out (in the rain) to wish me luck, thank me and tell me how much he appreciated my purchasing the Volvo with them. This is how buying a car and great customer service should be like. I am sure their service department follows the same policy. I have no problem referring Tim and Volvo Village of Danvers to others. I was traveling a lot and also moving residences so had to do many things via text and email with Rich I had a great experience with this dealership. They were very accommodating and we were able to move along in the sales process while I was traveling. When I finally came in to get the car, it was all ready, shiny and beautiful and Hysen expedited the remainder of the process, walked me through the car's technology and off I went.
