We visited the dealership with no intention of buying a new car, we were just looking to see if we liked the S60, as my Saab lease was expiring in October. We sat down with Mish and he started to work the new car, we were just looking to see if we liked the S60, as my Saab lease was expiring in October. We sat down with Mish and he started to work the numbers with us for a lease, we informed him that our lease was not up until October-so he sent the used car manager out to look and he returned saying it was in great shape. I went back the next day and worked out a deal with JC. They made it very easy to do the deal by getting us out of our Saab lease early. This dealership treated us so well, and now my wife is thrilled with her new S60 Volvo-she had never considered a Volvo, and because of the great customer service from this dealership, is driving one and will probably be a loyal Volvo driver, as she had been with Saab, for many years. Recently my husband and I were in the market for a new car. Having previously owned Volvo cars we knew we wanted to stay in the Volvo family. My husband and I decicded to visit the Danvers location and our representative William was very accomadating and knowable about the Volvo XC60. My husband and I were very specific about the features that we wanted and William was able to find us two models that fit the criteria. During our visits to the dealership all of the sales representatives were very attentive and friendly. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our purchase. In fact, we are hoping to be back at the Danvers Volvo Village to purchase another Volvo by the end of the summer.
