Paid for a replacement once the warranty expired. I thought owning a luxury vehicle meant something. I thought the customer was always right. I was very wrong. I was accidentally forwarded an email of what this dealership really thinks about their customers. Who wouldn’t get upset after paying 50k for a vehicle that requires its battery charged every week since 2018? Oh and I guess a dashcam draws a lot of battery power when it’s turned off. More
