Free shuttle service to and from my office was provided. Within a few hours, my car was ready for pickup. In sum, my experience was extremely positive and all employees I encountered were excellent service providers. Jud is a terrific advisor. When I called to see about an appointment, he promised to fit my car's work in, and did. When I was trying to speak to someone on my cellphone and had trouble hearing because someone in the showroom was actually driving/moving a car around, creating terrific noise, he asked them to stop. He was helpful in other ways, too. So was the lady at the check-out desk. AND, when I had another person look over the vehicle, I was told that the work was very good and "clean," meaning, everything looked VERY good. So, Good service. Good people. More

Visit Service Dept Came in to install after market feature. Had ordered ket thru Volvo of Tempe Service Rep (Jud White) on Saturday - informed part (back-up beeper) had Came in to install after market feature. Had ordered ket thru Volvo of Tempe Service Rep (Jud White) on Saturday - informed part (back-up beeper) had come in on Monday and came in to have it installed on Tuesday (appointment). Install is a bit involved and I was told it would twke e - 4 hours - was given a ride back to my quarters, called when the install was complete, and returned to dealership to pick up car. Whole operation was "painlrss" and was just something that "takes time to do it right the first time"". returned to pick up car, J White filled me in on what was reuired and assured me that, if anything didn't meet requirements, I ws to bring it back immediately to find the cause. All is going fine and, as I have been doing business for over 5 years, they, again, lived up to expectations. More
