Brought car in to have them look at a leather seat wearing prematurely. They offered to bring the car in immediately to repair the seat at no charge and complete the scheduled service. Great service!! My car was making scraping noise on the way going to my office and decided to visit the service center to get it checked. I purchased a 2004 BMW X3 2.5 SAV from here and the dealership exceeded my expectations. The employees were friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. I worked directly with Brian and he provided me with all the information I asked for regarding my purchase. When i first arrived on a Thursday, he greeted me with a warm firm handshake, and within minutes we were out on the test drive. After the excellent test drive of the immaculate condition vehicle, we sat and discussed a few options. He provided all the information regarding in house financing that I needed (even though i already had financing set up through my local credit union, it was still worth while to see if they could offer anything better. I ended up sticking with my credit union financing because they offered me a great rate, with GAP insurance, and a buyer protection plan). After they appraised my trade-in, we finalized the deal and price of my purchase. I put a small down payment/desposit on the car and left a happy person. Friday's are Brian's normal day off and I was still waiting to hear back from their finance department regarding rates, so not much was done. Come first thing Monday I was in my new (used) car, and driving off into the beautiful sunny afternoon. They took care of everything so I didn't have to step foot into the DMV, which we all know is a huge pain in the butt. That was worth the dealership experience alone. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend purchasing any new or used vehicle through them. More
