They do not stand behind their mistake. I was trying to get A fault to be diagnosed in service. They did diagnosed it and gave me the cause of the problem. I was told that they were going to go bad in matter of time and they were related to my original problem(new problems were not PRESENT when my car rolled in to service center)they refuse to take responsibility. VolvoUSA was not help $200 bill paying customer against multi million dollar business, clearly they chose their side .from the beginning. More

My car died on a parkway and needed to be towed to the dealership. When I first spoke to them, they didn't have any loaners available.
