Why i don't mind going in for service Because I know the folks at Volvo are skilled and always do an excellent job servicing my Volvo be it for regular maintenance or for a fix of one kind Because I know the folks at Volvo are skilled and always do an excellent job servicing my Volvo be it for regular maintenance or for a fix of one kind or another. I am also very pleased with the performance of our Volvo. Maintenance plays a big part in keeping it in top shape. The good work they do and the great treatment I get as a customer keeps me thinking my next vehicle will be another Volvo and it will come fro their dealership. I appreciate too that when I come in for service they go the extra effort and check the vehicle and advise me of impending problems so I can get them taken care of before I have a problem on the road. Gives one a good sense of security when on the road and, we do take long road trips. More
Best Honest Service I thought I was due for an oil change and made an appointment to have it done. After the service employee, John Korallus, checked my record, he disco I thought I was due for an oil change and made an appointment to have it done. After the service employee, John Korallus, checked my record, he discovered that I could go 1,500 more miles and that no service was required. But, since I was there, they would do a 35 (?) point check-up for no cost at all. They even washed my car. This service would be hard to beat! I always call Tim when I need service on my car. He goes out of his way to give me the best price on whatever I need to have done. Recently I had trunk struts, the ignition system replaced, and a side mirr out of his way to give me the best price on whatever I need to have done. Lolita Cook did an excellent job of presenting the car and the different sales promotions that were available for that car and similar models and years. Ken Kowal, the sales manager, was able to give me a trade in value for my VW Passat that I thought was fair based on my research going into the dealership. His assessment took only 10-15 minutes. Overall I had a very good experience with Lisle Volvo. Unfortunately, when my budget manager looked over the numbers she was concerned that we would be taking on too much when her job is not secure. So maybe it will be the 2016 XC70. More
