I was greeted by the young woman who took my name and verified my appointment. I told her I would be needing a ride to the train station and she said she would be the person taking me. I scheduled the appointment with Dominic but another customer came in seconds before me so Dominic was checking him in. I was brought over to James and he assisted with my check in. He accepted my coupons and prepared the paperwork for service. The young lady stayed close and when she saw I was ready to go to the trian station she said she had the car warmng up outside and got me there in time for my train, which I really appreciated. I was kept informed by phone of the service progress by James and was picked up at the end of the day and brough back to the Service Department to pick up my car. Everyone in the Service Department is a pleasure to deal with. I count on these service professionals to keep my car In good condition and they never disappoint.
