He was very surprised I was never shown the actual bill of sale which I was also surprised about. The financial rushed through things until a second financial person (Sal) and things went smoothly. The sale rep help set up some of the things in the car (XC40 recharge) but didn't explain many of the features other than settings things up. I have never owned an electric car so many many things I didn't understand. I really wish there was some sort of personal tutorial for myself and my spouse. More
