I went home and called/texted him with some questions, and with his quick response, the rest was history. I have a shiny new Volvo in my garage. No push, no pressure, just an organic and professional transaction. Chris is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service!! P.S. The service department was outstanding, as well. Appointment was made ahead of time. I came in and my paperwork was delayed for a very weird reason. A person who came in later than I was taken as a priority while I spent there 4 hours I came in and my paperwork was delayed for a very weird reason. A person who came in later than I was taken as a priority while I spent there 4 hours. The team puts the blame on each other without resolving issues. When asked why another person was prioritized, they could not answer. Also, I was asked to leave and could simply chose not to buy this car. There are more details but no need to waste time. Everything will be the same. Would I buy Volvo and go to Lisle car dealership again? No, definitely would avoid. Will I recommend, definitely no. More
