Excellent experience! Chris was great to work with - no pressure and respectful of my time. The XC40 was exactly the one I wanted (black with lava carpet!!) and the whole process was easy. The purchase was a very smooth process, we were impressed by how quickly they got everything handled for us. Gave 3 stars though because we had the car shipped, they promised it would be detailed and totally by how quickly they got everything handled for us. Car was still programmed to previous owner, car was a bit dirty inside, and they never called me to get my Volvo account set up as they promised. The sales guy promised he would call me before the car shipped so that he could set up the car to my preferences, and he never ever did. Didn’t even get a follow up. Disappointed. More
