He couldn't have been less interested in whether or not I understood the features and new technology. I am going to choc this up to the pandemic and perhaps he wanted to spend minimal time in the car with me, which I would understand. There was not even a friendly, "call me if you have any questions" or "enjoy your new car!" when he was finished. That was disappointing and colored my experience of the dealer. That said, I love my new XC40 and received a fair non-nonsense deal. More
