Why do I have to give one star?NO STARS should be a given option. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! Their pretty new building is THE ONLY THING about this dealer that is good. They will NOT negot option. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! Their pretty new building is THE ONLY THING about this dealer that is good. They will NOT negotiate once they give you their price. Apparently they think a spoken price is the agreed upon price and you take it or they WILL let you walk out the door. Not even TRY to close a deal that day or the following day with communication. Have you ever heard of a car dealer "ghosting" a potential customer? Putting you on phone hold and never come back? Sales Manager, Scott Cramer never calling back when promised? Again, why do I have to give this guy a star of any sort? If one customer gives ONE REVIEW that says there was a theft in their car while being serviced, it should be the one and only such review. There isn't only one, meaning like everything there, it's NOT about the customer, ONLY about THEM. I was NOT a difficult potential customer to be treated like this. What I learned from car reviews, read THE BAD ONES first (wish I would have done that for this dealeship) because they are probably more truthful then the good ones. More

Unexpected Great Experience !!! I went with my wife to Lisle Volvo so she could lease a new 2020 Volvo . We were fortunate to run into Chris Gough who was very informative and helpf I went with my wife to Lisle Volvo so she could lease a new 2020 Volvo . We were fortunate to run into Chris Gough who was very informative and helpful. With Chris guiding her she ended up leasing her Volvo and felt very good about her decision. Chris created such a relaxed and efficient atmosphere for her that I asked if he had any used S60 T6 Volvo's. He did and it was a beauty . I made an appointment to return the next day and we (Chris and I) took it for a test drive. I was fairly familiar with the car from researching but appreciated that he pointed out some qualities that I didn't know about. Chris also elaborated on some of the technical aspects in a way that simplified what could have been difficult for me to understand. He had common sense approach regarding what would be helpful for me to know now and what I could learn at a later time. In a nutshell, I bought the car !! Overall I was very impressed with Chris and would recommend that anyone who is interested in a Volvo call Chris directly. It's good to drive away feeling confident that you've made a good purchase. Thank you Chris Gough !!! More
