Today, I drove through heavy rain and fog to get to my appointment. I explained to Bob I had an appointment and the services I had requested (replace rear brake linings, A/C filter, and interior detailing appointment. He started asking me questions and stated there was not enough time for all of them - I was annoyed, but I said to drop the interior detailing. He still said there was not enough time as they close at 3pm. This made me upset. I started asking why I was scheduled for an appointment if there was not enough time for the services I asked...his response was that there were lots of new people coming in and out and they were using an AI system for scheduling or the person correctly scheduled my appointment as each diagnosis takes about an hour...which was very weird after he told me that detailing alone takes a half-day. Basically any reason other than someone made a mistake (I made my appointment by speaking with person.) I was very frustrated as I drove through very poor conditions only to be told nothing could be done. In fact, when discussing my service concerns, he kept saying what he thought the cause was...(e.g. A/C issue was due to a leak or cooling system needed to be recharged.) In all of my prior visits, I was always told by the service consultant they could not say what the problem was until Service Tech examined the car. I have always appreciated Lisle Volvo and have my car service there when there are several Volvo dealerships closer to me. I could have accepted if I was told someone made a mistake and apology for driving through poor conditions. Instead, my takeaway is this can happen again. Who is to know with all these new people and this AI system. If Volvo Lisle Management reads this...let your employees know how they treat customers matter. More

Daniela Albazi was very helpful in getting the information needed to have the Service technicians evaluate all issues we were experiencing. She was able to have everything looked at and addressed information needed to have the Service technicians evaluate all issues we were experiencing. Totally unexpected over the top help from Chris. I called because I was in an emergency situation regarding my key not working, and I was having issues with locking my door in the City. Chris provided me many different ways to fix the key as well as called me back to talk to me about the Volvo remote services app and directed me to the site and sent me a link. There’s not many people these days that take that extra step to help somebody out when they’re in need and Chris did that! They’re a closer dealer than my old dealer so I will come here from now on!
