Chris went way out of his way to provide my family a dependable ride. He saw everything through from start to finish. When the car I found had been sold, he took the time to find a vehicle that met ou dependable ride. He saw everything through from start to finish. When the car I found had been sold, he took the time to find a vehicle that met our family needs. He went to bat and got me a fair trade in value and helped me walk through all the details. He even took time to look for something I thought I left behind. I would recommend Chris and this dealership to anyone looking for a car to purchase. More

Very unpleasant experience. I got home after dropping off car received a voicemail to call back because supplies were not available. Returned call about 1 pm and left message, I got home after dropping off car received a voicemail to call back because supplies were not available. Returned call about 1 pm and left message, no call back. Called back about 2:30 again no reply, finally reached service tech about 4:30 and was told again no supplies would be available for several days. I said I would pick up car the next morning, I arrived at 11am to be told, “oh I should have called you. Car has the doors off, won’t be ready till 3:30 pm. Then 10 min later car was going to be T ready in an hour. And it was. Very disappointed in the service. I will return to have recalls fixed, but that is it! More

Good quality, speed, and customer service. A pleasant experience. Only issue is that the text service was sending my messages to someone other than Daniela and that person wasn't responding. Dealership good work is good but communication from service rep was poor had to call the dealership twice for updates. Was told they would vacuum the car but nothing was done. Terrible dealership to work with and have your car serviced at. Never have a loaner. Appointments are only available 3+ weeks out. Brought car back to dealership right at my 30K mile appointment and s serviced at. Never have a loaner. Appointments are only available 3+ weeks out. Brought car back to dealership right at my 30K mile appointment and somehow I am being told I need new break pads and tires that could have been replaced under warranty at the 30K mile appointment, that are now no longer under warranty. Simply an untrustworthy dealership that I will never buy from again. More

Every time we met, he went above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied and that our need are met. Curious, polite, with positive attitude, Chris made me come to the dealership over and over and ref that we are satisfied and that our need are met. Frankly, if he worked at another dealership, I would go where ever he worked, due to his high integrity and standards. More
