Once we were secure in our decision to purchase, we went to the dealership for a test drive and started noting our preferences. Zach was able to locate a vehicle that hit our wish list that would be available within a month. He was incredibly patient with my busy schedule, openly discussed pricing and discounts available, ran information and assisted with a possible trade in, etc. When it came time to accept delivery, he even honored my dad's cheesy request to get a picture with a big bow! Throughout the process, Zach was responsive and professional while maintaining a low profile and nonaggressive approach. More
