I explained exactly what I was looking for in terms of monthly payments and my available down payment, and Dino and Eric worked hard to make it happen. They also helped me take advantage of military discounts, which I greatly appreciated. The bottom line: I absolutely love my XC60, and the customer service at Jim Ellis Volvo was outstanding. This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Dino, Eric, and the entire team! More

Ashley was very helpful and straightforward in our recent purchase of a used car from her dealership. Having been to several other dealers, this experience was outstanding. For example, when we ask for a t purchase of a used car from her dealership. Having been to several other dealers, this experience was outstanding. For example, when we ask for a test drive she suggested three alternatives; highway, backroads, or both. We chose both that really helped us test the various capabilities of the car. The negotiations were quick and to the point and once an agreement was reached, she was able to expedite the purchase process so we were able to leave with the new car. The whole process took about two hours and was only delayed so that a final detailing of the car could be completed. Bottom line - if we need to purchase another car, she'll be the first to be contacted. More
