There is nothing more I enjoy more than to give someone an incredible review boasting about impeccable service and going over and beyond the call of duty to earn your business. This is exactly what happened at Volvo Mall of Georgia. I try to make my reviews relevant and do not hide who I am (so you can tell it’s a real review). The best way to start this story is I did a ton of research before choosing the actual dealership from where I planned to purchase my next vehicle. I read reviews on dealerships and cars. It’s important to me so I drove from Atlanta to Buford based on my findings even though there were other choices much closer to home. The abbreviated version of this story is I had an issue with a car I purchased. Within 5 minutes (probably less) after contacting the dealer, they called me back and scheduled an appointment. They owned the concern I had as if it was their own. Volvo Mall of Georgia went completely out of their way to make everything right. They assured me there was nothing to worry about and within 24 hours solved my problem. I’ve purchased cars 30 years of my life and no one has taken such good care of me. Purchasing a vehicle is hard. It’s time consuming and somewhat cumbersome getting everything in order. It is typically one of the biggest commitments and expenses you can have … for years so it is important to “get it right”. Volvo Mall of Georgia makes it happen. You are not going to walk away disappointed. My thanks to Tim, Rex and Marcus for completely changing my perception of how a car purchase should happen. I am completely spoiled and only plan on shopping at Volvo Mall of Georgia from here on out. You honestly cannot go wrong here. More
