I always have a great experience when I bring my car in to be serviced.  Every one of the gentlemen in the service department go out of their way to accommodate me and they are all so friendly and Polite! to be serviced.  Every one of the gentlemen in the service department go out of their way to accommodate me and they are all so friendly and Polite! Always!  However, I fully understand that your mechanics are consumate professionals, and we all have bills to pay and ends to meet. The labor charges were absolutely ridiculous this past time far exceeding the routine maintenance items/costs that were put into my Vehicle.  If by chance, mechanical issues ever occur with my vehicle I may bring my vehicle in to your service center, but no longer for routine maintenance!  I was told I will need tires soon and brakes by my next maintenance....I could not begin to imagine what the charges would be!! Unfortunately, I will have to go elsewhere.  Thank you for the opportunity to vent, I did a slow boil all the way home. Not to mention my son having a fit about the cost of minor work More

On Dec 23rd I had a blowout about 2 in the afternoon.I contacted Volvo On Call and they sent roadside service.While waiting for the service I called Manasquan Volvo service dept and they told me they woul contacted Volvo On Call and they sent roadside service.While waiting for the service I called Manasquan Volvo service dept and they told me they would wait for me to bring the car over so I would have it for the holiday.When I got to the dealer they took the car right in and within 45 minutes i was on my way thanks to Brian, Bill and the service dept I will have my car for the holiday,This Service Dept is the reason I have been a customer for over 12 years More
