I always have a great experience when I bring my car in to be serviced.  Every one of the gentlemen in the service department go out of their way to accommodate me and they are all so friendly and Polite! to be serviced.  Every one of the gentlemen in the service department go out of their way to accommodate me and they are all so friendly and Polite! Always!  However, I fully understand that your mechanics are consumate professionals, and we all have bills to pay and ends to meet. The labor charges were absolutely ridiculous this past time far exceeding the routine maintenance items/costs that were put into my Vehicle.  If by chance, mechanical issues ever occur with my vehicle I may bring my vehicle in to your service center, but no longer for routine maintenance!  I was told I will need tires soon and brakes by my next maintenance....I could not begin to imagine what the charges would be!! Unfortunately, I will have to go elsewhere.  Thank you for the opportunity to vent, I did a slow boil all the way home. Not to mention my son having a fit about the cost of minor work More
