2nd car leased through this dealer. Beware of service department/agents scare tactics. Overpriced always get second opinion! Took in for service 1st time for tire pressure light that been on for 1 month. department/agents scare tactics. Overpriced always get second opinion! Took in for service 1st time for tire pressure light that been on for 1 month. Although I was unable to bring in I have been monitoring daily with no loss of tire pressure. Took in 3/3/21 @ 10:20 am for scheduled appointment. Agent comes out after 30 minutes and states I need new tire, "there is a nail in right rear tire and loss of pressure". Quoted $389 for 1 tire with taxes/fees well over $400. Took to Tires Tires down the street 1/4 mile north for second opinion. In less than 5 minutes took the tire off the vehicle, flicked the 1/4" screw out of the meat of the tire, sprayed down with solution to confirm no leak and NO CHARGE. Amazing over $400 to $0! Took the small screw back to Manasquan Volvo to make them aware. Of course no reaction, just another unsatisfied customer (who cares kind of attitude). This is unacceptable and I will never go back and will never trust. Tires Tires you have a loyal local customer for life, Great Job! More

I got a price for break pads and fluids from Firestone for $500 I then went to Volvo for same thing . I had a $100 coupon so I went to Volvo. When I went to get car the bill was $650 .
