drove a hour to the dealership based on information given over the phone from salesman. once arrived was told finance department should be almost done given all information was given already via email/text a over the phone from salesman. once arrived was told finance department should be almost done given all information was given already via email/text and over the phone. sales man later comes in to present a completely different offer and could not explain what happened. he goes and gets finance guy (chris) who does not explain what happened to offer that brought us in, in the first place but decided to talk about the offer he was presenting. even till this moment i have no information since it appeared they told the salesman to keep quiet about what happened to offer given. to sum up the visit we were given our key card back BROKEN. and when we informed chris he ignored the issue and proceeded to tell us to get out of the dealership. this verbal abuse was met with him also putting his hands on my arm to escort me out of the building. meanwhile i am still telling him the key card is broken and to get off of me. I have been a customer at VOLVO since 1922 and have always received top notch service. This service was due to my car not charging at my home ChargePoint at level 1 charger. It took the VOLVO technic always received top notch service. This service was due to my car not charging at my home ChargePoint at level 1 charger. It took the VOLVO technician several system diagnosis but finally found the conversion at the OBC internally failed. The new part ordered and installed. Meantime I was given a loaner car and Tim Johnson called me with updates to keep me in the loop. I received specialized service with a positive outcome. I also appreciated my car was washed before returned. This was a very difficult case but the staff at VOLVO did not give up until the problem was solved 100%. I am very happy to remain a very satisfied VOLVO customer. More
