James let me know the day they got one in stock and I came down to purchase. This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Outstanding Professional! My wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle for several months. We wanted to drive all the different makes and models to really see what options My wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle for several months. We wanted to drive all the different makes and models to really see what options were out in the market. In doing so we met with many sales professionals (and some General Managers) at many of the OKC metro car dealerships. As you could imagine, each interaction was unique. Some very pleasant yet not so helpful while some were apathetic altogether. Then we met Aslan at Volvo of OKC. He is a true sales professional. He is professional in his approach, kind in his delivery, and thorough in his delivery. He is very intelligent, funny, and energetic. But what really set him apart from all the others was the simple fact that he wanted us to drive the car. His approach was for us to spend time with the vehicle so we could get to know it and its features. Nearly every other dealership we visited made it painfully obvious that we should follow a very short and predetermined loop around their dealership then jump right into price discussions.
