We made an appointment with James and when we arrived we were greeted promptly and there was even a welcome sign outside with our names on it. The car we were test driving was ready to go as soon as we pulled into the dealership. This particular car wasn't the right fit for us but instead of sending us away, James checked all of his resources and was able to find the perfect used car for us. He also made sure that we got the best possible rate we could so we were able to stay within our budget. We are still very happy with our car and with the overall experience with James.
