I had the pleasure of working with Aslan and he exceeded my expectations in every way. Maybe its just me but I couldn't help but feel out of place when pulling up to the dealership. Beautiful cars, nice furniture, well dressed personnel. You mentally prepare yourself to be ignored and shoo'd off the property. Aslan actually came out to greet me and welcome me inside. You expect to be bombarded by sales people when you're at a low budget car lot. It was re-assuring to have the support when I already felt out of place. I arrived 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and still had my questions answered and a test drive scheduled for the following day. It is absolutely refreshing to have a positive experience with a car dealership and it didn't stop there. When I arrived for my test drive, they had the vehicle with my name on a poster sitting in front of it. It's the little details that go a long way. The test drive was memorable. Aslan is very knowledgeable an won't BS you if he doesn't know the answer to your question but he will surely find the answer for you. He's very good on the follow-up. Every staff member I had the pleasure of meeting were very friendly and hospitable. I didn't feel, at all, out of place. Great job Jaguar Volvo of Oklahoma City! Keep up the good work. More

The purchase of my Volvo S80 went forward with no difficulties. While James did all he could to help, it was obvious he was new to Volvo. Consequently, he did not always have answers to my questions. I'm sure he will improve with time. My only suggestion would be to provide more "tutorial" time to help new purchasers learn how to operate all the many features available in the new Volvos. More

It had been an emotional time and still hadn't got the money from the insurance for my car yet that was totaled. They stayed open late just for me to take a look at a ford they had on their lot and they knew I had a budget because like I said, I still haven't received the money from the insurance yet but was in desperate need of a car but I still wanted to be able to get a nice car and not just settle for some junk for my family to ride in because of the dilemma I was in. They gave me a great price for a car that was such a great deal and were so understanding and nice about what I had been through. They were not pushy but seemed like they really cared. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a car. Best service I have ever had at a car dealership! More
