Interestingly, those same words can also be said about the drive, looks, and feel of a Volvo vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, professional, and respectful. Cynthia Decker, Client Advisor, was incredibly sharp, knowledgeable, and respectful. The purchase was smooth and, actually, enjoyable. I very much enjoy driving my Volvo XC60, and what I also enjoy is pulling up to a stop light where there are other cars, and because Volvo vehicles are so unique, you will not see a dozen of your vehicle at that stop light, or a parking lot. But she was so sharp, knowledgeable (she really knows her stuff), and respectful; and then said "Sir, if you are looking for a Volvo you should stop by or call our dealership and speak with our sales manager. They will treat you with respect, and help you find a vehicle. " Well, that statement combined with her great customer service sold me on this dealership. The overall purchase was smooth and, actually, enjoyable.
