I brought the car in for a sunroof issue and an I brought the car in for a sunroof issue and an alignment. Well, the sunroof issues caused damage to the seal and scratched the roof of the car. With the alignment I felt it was still not right even tho the tech drove the car with me in it and explained to me that was as good as it was going to be because Volvo’s just pull. Well, I took it to FIRESTONE and they aligned it… problem solved!! Now we were told when we bought this vehicle that service loaners were available when the car was being serviced. I asked specifically because I will not buy a vehicle from a dealership that doesn’t have a loaner program. When I come to schedule the service I am told they don’t have any loaners for me because they have all been sold and that my oil change will only take an hour. So the next day after I processed the information I scheduled the service. Two things at this point… I went across the street to look at bmw because I’m done with Volvo service… BMW gave me a loaner to drive while Volvo had my car in service. I think it is obvious who appreciates my past business and truly wants to earn my future business. Side note… Volvo service had my car from 9:45am until 2pm!! More

We driving from Utah home to Alabama and the rear shocks on our Volvo S60 began leaking. The closest dealership, in Albuquerque, told us they couldn't get the parts for several days. But they called Volvo C on our Volvo S60 began leaking. The closest dealership, in Albuquerque, told us they couldn't get the parts for several days. But they called Volvo Cars OKC, a day's drive away and on our way home, and found that they could get them sooner. Kristina at Volvo OKC had the parts ordered and they arrived the morning after we got into OKC. We made ourselves at home in the dealership, which was very comfortable, and Kristina told us she hoped to have us on our way by 2:30. We were out the door a little after 2. Without her help we would have been spending several extra days in Albuquerque rather than heading home. And when we got the car back, not only did it drive like new again, but it had been washed and vacuumed -- even with two weeks' worth of luggage and other stuff in the car. We couldn't ask for better service and if we lived in OKC we'd definitely get our Volvo serviced there. Kristina rescued our vacation. More

Earlier this month I visited Volvo OKC service department to get a new key fob for my 11 year old Volvo S80. I only had 1 key fob so it was important for me to have a second one. I spoke with Kristina who wa to get a new key fob for my 11 year old Volvo S80. I only had 1 key fob so it was important for me to have a second one. I spoke with Kristina who was friendly and professional and she quoted a price of $400.00. We set appointment and dropped car off. After waiting 90 minutes Kristina came to me in waiting area and stated they could NOT program a new key fob. She stated I needed NEW software in order to get new key and gave me a New typed estimate well over $1000 to get new software and key fob and if I wanted this done I could make new appointment. I politely declined service and explained that the cat is 11 years old and not worth investing that much for an extra key fob. My 1 key fob I had worked fine and I mentioned that to a another friend who had a Volvo. He suggested I take to dealership in Dallas. I called a Volvo dealership in Frisco TXand made appointment. I proceeded and had my car serviced for new key fob at Crest Volvo and they had NO problem getting new key fob programmed my cost $400.00 I even asked them were there any issues with my soft ware on my car. They stated no and programming went fine and was in and out of dealership in 75 minutes with NEW key fob in hand. As far as Volvo OKC is concerned. I had no issues with Kristina. She was professional and friendly and she was quoting me only what her “certified” mechanics had told her. But having certified mechanics telling me of required service not needed is either. Deceitful and dis honest or a department not qualified to do such repairs. Sadly I will take my car for service to Dallas that 3 hrs away than to use this dealership. Not only that I am in process of possibly buying a 2nd Volvo for my wife in next 6 weeks. It obviously won’t be at Volvo OKC. I am not sure if I am an isolated incident because they have had past great reputation. But sadly my opinion and review is not a good one More
