We do our best to provide them when the customer's scheduling requirements allow. We apologize we couldn't get a loaner for this appointment. Service was made VERY aware! there is no need for discussion. only warning for potential customers. The buying experience is wonderful but service is a disgrace. So much so that after purchasing 7 cars from the Bob Howard auto group.. I will never do business with BH again. I have sold the Volvo in question and returned to a true luxury brand that understand what their customers expect.

We apologize for any confusion/misunderstanding this service visit may have caused. Your vehicle is equipped with the Keyless Go feature, but in order to program your key, it still needs to be inserted into the key slot inside of your dash. The key slot was intermittently not working meaning it would not pull the key-fob into the slot sometimes (which was the case while we had the vehicle), so due to this, we were unable to get your vehicle to program during its visit with us. We would never try to sell a repair that was not needed. Our management team would be happy to discuss this further with you. Please reach out to Jim Ross at (405) 272-1717 to discuss further.

have great reviews and I obviously had a bad experience. I am sure the buying experience is exceptional. However I stand by that Mr Ross claiming that key slot was intermittently not working meaning it would not pull the key-fob into the slot is NOT accurate. I have had this car for some time and never once did I ever have this issue. Furthermore why would another Volvo dealership have NO issues in programming new key fob? Your basicly saying key slot intake does not work only at your dealership on that one day at your service department. So it works everywhere and anywhere but does not work at Volvo okc??? Mr Ross I wanted and asking nothing in return. I had hoped you could have reached out to me where I could have had some sort of understanding or “meeting of the minds” where I would consider using your dealership in future. I am only 1 customer and I am sure I will be brushed under the rug. Take into account my wife just bought our second Volvo a xc60 in Dallas at Crest Volvo where we were warmly taken care of in service department and sales department on our new vehicle. On Monday Mr Ross reached out to me and called me. We had a great constructive conversation. After speaking with him at great length I believe my situation was an isolated incident with no ill intentions. Mr Ross was very clear that given what happen that he will further research what happen and find out what happen in order that something like this wont happen again. After speaking with him I will most likely try again to use service department with the new (used) vehicle I purchase in Texas.
