While I appreciate the service being completed on my vehicle, the customer service was sub-par. I was told several times that they were so busy, I wasn’t asked if I had any questions about the service, vehicle, the customer service was sub-par. I was told several times that they were so busy, I wasn’t asked if I had any questions about the service, and I was accused of damaging a loaner. I pride myself on accountability and did not appreciate the treatment I received. I assume good intent and that perhaps Josh had a bad day. While I don’t appreciate the treatment, I hope he gets the help he needs during his busy days so this doesn’t occur again or with anyone else. More

Joshua Carvalho saved my day! I cannot thank Joshua enough and I would give him a A++++. I arrived at the service center at 9:00 AM without an appointment. I was on my way to my gr I cannot thank Joshua enough and I would give him a A++++. I arrived at the service center at 9:00 AM without an appointment. I was on my way to my grandson's 2nd birthday party and was leaving the next morning at 4:00 AM for five weeks in Maine. The problem: the window control in the driver's door stopped functioning the evening before. I was desperate! Josh understood my desperation and immediately started to diagnose the problem. He determined that a wire had broken in the conduit between the car and the door. He immediately got a service person who had repaired this kind of problem before. That gentleman (and I wish I knew his name) came and took the car. Two hours later it was repaired and I was so appreciative. I have been a Volvo owner for 40+ years and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. This response from Josh makes me a loyal Volvo Cars of Plymouth customer.
