Dishonest dealer. Purchased a dealer-owned 2021 XC60. VCS gave me Car Fax report showing no accidents. Sales person said no accidents. One month after purchase, my insurance agent informed me car had previously been in a collision with damage to front, rear, and side. After very ugly negotiations, I was able to return the car and get my money back. GM Hans Kraml told me "I am only considering giving you your money back because you have been a loyal customer here for over 20 years. I'd never do this otherwise." Beware when they try to pull a fast one on you! This is NOT Bob Byers Ravenna Volvo! More
The sales folks ans staff are nice and helpful. I bought a new XC40 and they helped tirelessly with several of my questions. Michael was my sales rep and he was very helpful as was Ken, the finance manager a new XC40 and they helped tirelessly with several of my questions. Michael was my sales rep and he was very helpful as was Ken, the finance manager who took my questions before necessary and ensured that I felt well informed. The dealership itself, however, Swickard group, has some weird policies when it comes to the protections they offer. They have some pre-existing partnerships with specific vehicle coverage providers and put compulsory charges on the car over msrp. They even have the dealership quote these coverages over the official brand coverage by omission. That makes the overall package here expensive. More

The staff in the service department are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have been a customer there for 30 yrs.+ and I had a VIC (very important customer), 15% discount for my loyalty but it’s bee helpful and friendly. I have been a customer there for 30 yrs.+ and I had a VIC (very important customer), 15% discount for my loyalty but it’s been discontinued which is very, very disappointing and frustrating that loyalty does not account for anything.
