This builds trust between the customer and the dealership. I love that my car is washed for me during any service. Also, I work at Children's Hospital, and the ability to get a ride to my work early in the morning is such great service and I really appreciate the guys driving me to work. Happy New Year!! More

At first, when I entered the service office all agents were serving customers on the phone, I feelt like being in No Man's Land. Then, one is freed up and his politeness turns the situation around fast. All questions I had about my car was answered, the signing in was a smooth process and I was directed to comfortable waiting area in the sales building. My car, a 2015 V60, was in for 20,000 mile service. While it was done, I was able to work on my computer in peace and have a friendly conversation with the man who sold me the car a year ago, Kevin. He always give frank and professional advice about the car but we also share some personal likes and dislikes. Then the car was done--it looks, sounds and feels like new. Needless to say, a service hour, or two, at Bob Byers is a true pleasure that I will look forward to put on my schedule in the years ahead. Thank you! Ia More
