I recently purchased a vehicle from Volvo Seattle, and within a very short time, major parts failed — things that shouldn’t fail until well past 100,000 miles. My car only had 20,000 miles when I bought i within a very short time, major parts failed — things that shouldn’t fail until well past 100,000 miles. My car only had 20,000 miles when I bought it. After having multiple certified mechanics inspect it, every one of them confirmed the same thing: the car must have been in an accident or previously damaged, and the issues were clearly present before I bought it. This means it was fraudulently sold as being in good condition. I’ve contacted the dealership and asked them to take accountability, since these problems could not have developed in normal use and clearly indicate concealed damage. The manager, Andre, was supposed to call me back, and hasn't followed up. If you’re thinking about buying from this lot — be careful. Get an independent inspection first and don't believe the information they provide. I’m giving the dealership one more opportunity to make this right before I pursue further action. More
