Within minutes, Alan and Neil both understood what I was looking for and provided great options. They both took great care to show me all the various models and articulated the benefits of each. It was a great experience and within a half-hour I made a decision to purchase a vehicle and have been very happy with the decision to buy my first Volvo, and certainly not my last, from a dealership that treats its customers with professionalism, care and courtesy.
