I've been a long term customer with Herb Gordon Volvo and each time the sales staff has been stellar. Every person I've worked with has been knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful with anything ra each time the sales staff has been stellar. Every person I've worked with has been knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful with anything ranging from car selection to maintenance and repairs. I've sent numerous friends and family to Herb Gordon and they have all had a similar experience. The staff clearly cares about the customer and they show a strong motivation to make car buying a fun and positive experience. More

This is the 3rd Volvo I have purchased from here. I get my service done here too. I have never had a bad experience. Though I wish I could say that when I bought my Chevy truck last month, but that's anoth my service done here too. I have never had a bad experience. Though I wish I could say that when I bought my Chevy truck last month, but that's another comment. Brian was great to work with, he answered all of my questions in email and I was in and out of the dealer in about 30 minutes. I think that was the fastest so far. But then again, I knew exactly what I wanted and found the exact S80 I wanted on their website. I'm sure I'll be back again after the lease expires on this one. Mike More
