I am thoroughly pleased with my first car purchasing experience at Herb Gordan. I had been dealing with another dealership looking at prospective purchases but it was Jim's professional and thorough app experience at Herb Gordan. Jim's friendly and personable character also helped liven up the car buying mood making my experience very enjoyable as well. Afterwards, I met with Ray who helped take care of the financial aspect and once again the service never ceased to amaze me. Ray helped make car buying not feel like a stressful experience but an enjoyable one. If I had the means, I would not mind going back to do business with them any day! All in all, my experience at Herb Gordan surpassed my expectations and changed my perspective on how car buying and car dealerships should be - definitely in a good way. Initially I was intimidated by the entire process from hearing horror stories of dealers taking advantage of customers, especially women. Although Howard was extremely friendly over the phone I still had some reservations, however the moment I met Howard all my worries ceased. I was treated with so much kindness from all the staff at Herb Gordon, Howard was even offer to speak to my father (I was calling him through out the process to get advice, lol). Within one hour I had made very first purchase of a XC90 with all the amenities I was looking for plus more.
