I took in my 2018 XC90 for warranty work. The A/C was not cooling properly, check engine light was on and there was a recall for a software update. I also wanted an alignment done. Dennis Rethwisch was my se cooling properly, check engine light was on and there was a recall for a software update. I also wanted an alignment done. Dennis Rethwisch was my service writer and was excellent to work with. He said the car might be ready the same day but I was thinking no way. I was shocked when I got a call three hours after dropping it off that it was ready to go. The rear evaporator was replaced, fuel filler pipe replaced, software updated and alignment done. Hats off to an excellent service writer and technicians at Volvo West Houston. I will not hesitate to use this dealership in the future. Ken D. More
