Last month, while driving through southern CT, one of my bulbs burned out. Since I am from out of town and was heading out of state for a business trip, I did not want to continue on without having the bulb bulbs burned out. I found that the closest Volvo dealer was in Westport and stopped in without an appointment. After purchasing the necessary bulb from their parts department, I needed to have it installed. Without hesitation, a very kind and friendly woman named Nicole Kish from the service department offered to install the bulb for me. I was very relieved, as I had no idea how to do it myself. Nicole quickly took care of the installation and also answered several questions I had about a "check engine" message that had recently appeared, my tires, and a few others I cannot recall. Volvo of Westport is far from my home, but if I lived closer, I would certainly take my car there for all necessary services, due to the excellent customer service I received. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome, even though I had never brought my car there before. I must commend and thank Nicole and Volvo of Westport for providing me with the kind of service I don't seem to find anywhere else these days. Thank you, again! More

Sometimes I feel like companies and organizations, and the people that work there, have forgotten what good service is, but that is not the case at Volvo of Westport. The senior personnel at this dealership are rude, unresponsive and incompetent. I have been so turned off by their behavior, I will be buying a different brand car when I replace my S80 which has bee unresponsive and incompetent. They failed to disclose this model's extended warranty in time to fix a manufacturing defect in the car's throttle body. More

While for a while we had a good relationship with this dealer, it has deteriorated over the past few years. absolutely great experience!!! I called them they had the car I wanted but it was going to be late, so they brought the car in the garage turned on all the lights and allowed me to look the car over!
