When I found out that upgrading to Executive membership would save me more, he called them to get a new code to save me even more money. After I got my car and he was done with his work, he continued to be available, helping me with coordinating my garage opener remote control with the remote on the car. The other person who was extremely helpful was his tech assistant, Melvin, who was very patient with me, teaching me some of the features and helping with the tech support, connecting my phone to the car audio, also being available afterwards to help with more things that confuse me.
