I did a lot of research by the time I arrived at Volvo White Plains. I was introduced to Sam, as my agent and we discussed what I was looking for in a car. He indicated he had just what I was looking for and introduced me to The EX30Cross Country. After a test drive, I knew Sam had read me well. Now we got down to the details of the lease. What Sam offered me for my 2015 Volvo Cross Country and all the other perks, I was prepared to go with the deal. Sam had a car available and in color I liked. We arranged for a pick date. In the meantime, Sam handled all the details with my assistance - transfer, title, insurance etc. When I arrived for pick up, Sam and his crew went thru all the details and Dan gave us a thorough intro to the car. From that day until now, I could not be happier. I made it to my home in VT on one full charge as indicated I would and still have 15% left in my battery. I just leased a Volvo, I think it was at least my 4th from this dealer. Steve Zinaman has been so helpful, going above and beyond. One of the things he did that impressed me was asking if I was a Costco from this dealer. Steve Zinaman has been so helpful, going above and beyond. One of the things he did that impressed me was asking if I was a Costco member because it saved me a chunk of money. When I found out that upgrading to Executive membership would save me more, he called them to get a new code to save me even more money. After I got my car and he was done with his work, he continued to be available, helping me with coordinating my garage opener remote control with the remote on the car. The other person who was extremely helpful was his tech assistant, Melvin, who was very patient with me, teaching me some of the features and helping with the tech support, connecting my phone to the car audio, also being available afterwards to help with more things that confuse me. I am grateful for the superior service! More
