Fantastic customer service by Service Center and Dealership My 2016 XC90 needed a new tire and I wanted a hitch added. In addition to those items, the service team gave it a thorough "walkthrough" to see what My 2016 XC90 needed a new tire and I wanted a hitch added. In addition to those items, the service team gave it a thorough "walkthrough" to see what else as needed and covered under warranty -- not charged anything. Helene and the rest of the crew at the front desk (at Old Tarrytown Rd service ctr) are AMAZING and on top of getting your car back to you ASAP. There is also a free shuttle that runs from the service center to Metro North. The dealer (located on Main St) is also fabulous at getting involved even AFTER they sold you the car, to help move things along if needed. A+++++ More

Awful customer service Had the most insulting service from this dealership. I'm a young female who went alone to this dealership to test drive two preowned cars that I knew Had the most insulting service from this dealership. I'm a young female who went alone to this dealership to test drive two preowned cars that I knew they had. My sales rep name was Chuck. I told Chuck that I am looking to purchase a vehicle within a weeks timeframe. I have my car search narrowed down and I told him I would like to test drive the white 2014 Subaru forester and the white 2014 Subaru Outback and maybe possibly a Mazda cx5 just to check it out quick. Chuck went on to look at his computer and eventually said "well, I can't let you test drive all three because miles will be added to them and they won't sell as well." Like HELLO I just told you very specific vehicles that I am highly interested in and said I want to buy within a week!!! He went on to say that I was supposed to go to the new dealership down the road to test drive and I said they told me to come over here to the preowned section. I told him I would like to test drive the actual car that I could be purchasing instead of a new car. How does that make sense at all?! I was absolutely flabbergasted that he would not let me test drive the vehicles. Why wasn't he taking me seriously? I ended up getting up because it was a complete joke and said no problem I'll go to another dealership who can actually help me. Better get rid of that guy because you lost a quick sale More
