I don’t think the pricing is logical for the services rendered, but I understand that is an issue with virtually all dealership service centers. However, if I compare to BMW/Mini, I found it extra-unreas rendered, but I understand that is an issue with virtually all dealership service centers. However, if I compare to BMW/Mini, I found it extra-unreasonable that, at Volvo, I was charged a 3% credit card fee (does anyone pay cash for transactions in the thousands?) and $4 per gallon for the loaner car. The fact that my key fob battery died in 4 years and I had to bring them in for battery changes also annoys me. I have a Cooper that is 18 years old and I still use the same key fob. BMW Mini also always washes my car when I get service for no extra fee. Volvo does nothing of the sort. Overall, Volvo’s “nickel and dining” left me questioning the choice after this experience. More

Steve helped me with every detail. I have been driving Mini's and BMW's for years . My Countryman was 11 years old and things started to go wrong...Steve Z made me very comfortable w I have been driving Mini's and BMW's for years . My Countryman was 11 years old and things started to go wrong...Steve Z made me very comfortable with my transition....I now have the Xc40 in all black and could not be happier....It is roomy enough for two Australian Cattle Dogs, yoga mats and groceries....The sound system Harmon Kardon is amazing....The back up camera are superb....the blind spot driving sensors are wonderful....I cannot say enough good things other thant make your next car a Volvo. He took the time to walk us through the features of the vehicle and made sure we felt comfortable before driving off. Overall, the experience was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. We’re very happy with our new XC40 and would gladly recommend Sam and Daniel to anyone looking for a Volvo. More
