Followed up with dealership after being directed by VCFS about prorate (as took on new lease 9 days into old lease). Prior to this I made it clear I did not want to effectively pay for 2 different car lease payments in same month. Dealership sales consultant said he would speak with manager to figure out on 6/29. Havent heard back from since with several attempts to make contact. Update: Demitri prompt to explain, ensured I am happy as customer and letting me know step that had been taken. It is not the dealership that I am rating, the dealership is excellent. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service center. The entire experience was horrible. It was the first time I chose to have the valet service. I was told car would be ready that day and as soon as the vehicle arrived at the center I received a text asking me if I needed the car back that day. I informed them that yes I would and then told it would not happen. After back and forth text messages I did not receive the car until the next day. One of the issues that needed servicing was about the air conditioner and it has not been resolved! No one seems to know what the other one was doing and I left a message with the service manager, Rob, on his machine, he never extended the courtesy of calling me back. The entire experience was stressful and frustrating. Very disappointed with my “Volvo family.” More
Left the car for service. Did not get a callback for the status. When I called the service, I was told that I will get a call back from the associate. But no one called. Same thing happened. Finally I got frustrated and took a ride to the dealership. I was told that the car will need to stay overnight. The associate called next day and said I can pick up the car at 12:30. Stopped by the dealership at 2. I was made to wait for almost an hour. This people doesn’t seem to care too much for the customer’s time. More
My husband and I recently leased an XC90 with the help of Steve Zinaman and Dominic. The whole experience went very smoothly and we love our new car.
