Disappointed with both the technicians and the front office this time around. Been doing both regular factory maintenance checks and more elaborate fixes. This was a 20k mile check for my xc90 plus trou office this time around. Been doing both regular factory maintenance checks and more elaborate fixes. This was a 20k mile check for my xc90 plus troubleshooting 4 issues (keyless entry broken, stiff brake pedal, back camera malfunction, auto break in way out of garage), . Day 1 - I was told that 20k mile check was completed but they’d keep the car so a senior engineer looks at it. Day 2 - I was told the keyless entry was fixed (they changed batteries in the keys which I told them I already did so prob not that), and they couldn’t replicate the other 3 issues. Arrived at the dealership, tested the keys, of course they did t work. My service agent basically shrugged and said he was just the middle man after I asked him whether their tech test their fixes. Mind you this is a $250/hr shop. Had to leave the car over for over a long weekend so even a more senior tech can look at the car. 3 days later, was called again. Ow they finally fixed keyless entry properly and identified a fix for one more of the four issues. Just really disappointed with the sloppy workmanship and the clueless and careless front office. Will have to find another dealership to service my cars. More
