Terrible experience. Steve couldn’t even explain the numbers on the lease agreement. Steve Zinaman is terriffc and, more important, very honest. The experience was very pleasant. I am thrilled with my new Volvo. This was by far the worst service experience I've ever had with a car. I needed the windshield replaced on my XC90, and Safelite said they couldn't do it due to some sensor issues. I took it into Volvo had with a car. I needed the windshield replaced on my XC90, and Safelite said they couldn't do it due to some sensor issues. I took it into Volvo and was told I needed to pay out of pocket for the windshield before they would order it - fine - I had no other choice. Bought the windshield and scheduled the next available appointment - a week and a half out. Showed up for my appointment before 9am on June 23 as it's an all day job. I made it explicitly clear that I needed the car back by 5pm to get my kids. I received a call from the service department that afternoon telling me that too many cars came in the shop for windshields and my car got bumped to the next day. According to the service rep, Lincoln dropped off a lot of additional cars (odd because I did drop my car at Volvo). I had to go back down at 5pm to pick up the car, only to return it in the morning. I returned it the next morning with the promise that the car would be delivered to my house at the end of the day. I received a voice mail from the service rep telling me that my car was ready and he was in the process of coordinating the drop off of my car, and to please call him. I immediately called him back and had to leave a voice mail. He never returned my call. The app showed that my car left Volvo around 5:30/5:45. Later the app showed it parked in a lot in White Plains. I could not reach anyone to explain what was going on. My car was finally delivered around 7:45 that evening. Zero communication and extremely poor customer service. There doesn't seem to be another dealership in the area, so I am seriously considering selling the car. More
