He was accessible, knowledgeable and forthright throughout. Picking up our car, Steve introduced us to Jalice who calmly and confidently took us through the complex tech capabilities in our new car. WIth all of our questions answered, we came away from our time with Jalice impressed with her knowledge, her infinite patience and good humor, and excited about our new car. She was a delight. made appt >1 month in advance for basic oil service, normally would not use dealer for maintenance items but was hearing suspension noise & since car was under CPO, why not. I arrived precisely on time to a madhouse similar to a gate at airport for overbooked flight. car was not ready until following day, kept car for 24 hrs for oil service & the price was not the price quoted on dealer website, which was reiterated to my by counter rep at check in. So $192 & 24 hrs later. Then rep tells me all kinds of service items that it recommends, at the usual stealership prices, like a cabin filter & “vent” cleaning for $150+, seriously?! Went online bought filter for $23 & a youtube tutorial on install. Honestly, other than recalls or covered service why on earth does anyone bother w any dealership?! The place is also a cramped mess of cars, inevitable bottle neck getting in, out or waiting for your car to arrive. The Premier Collection, funny! More
