Very disappointed that my windshield crack was not covered for repair by my additional coverage that I pay $40/mth for because the crack was more than 2 in long. In the middle of the winter any crack covered for repair by my additional coverage that I pay $40/mth for because the crack was more than 2 in long. In the middle of the winter any crack will expand 2 in quickly so the coverage doesn’t feel realistic. Service was well done and they kept me informed, however service facility is in a terrible location. Worst place I have ever experienced in over 40 years of driving. No room to park, very hard to get in and service facility is in a terrible location. Worst place I have ever experienced in over 40 years of driving. No room to park, very hard to get in and out of without getting hit by oncoming traffic or Verizon trucks. Nice waiting area but horrible location for customers, employees and neighbors.
