And Victoria asked me if I wanted my car wash because it would take a few minutes longer, and I appreciate that someone would even worry about my time, and I said yes and the car looked great. The location is easy to access, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and since coming here all of my service needs/issues for my 2010 XF have been resolved to my satisfaction while my expenses have been minimized to the best of their ability. But the real reason I will always return to White Plains Jaguar is Edgar. His customer service skills are top notch, his knowledge of Jaguar and Range Rover vehicles is superior and his willingness to share this knowledge and explain the work in detail so as to ensure his customers understand what is being done and why is a true breath of fresh air. He is super helpful, personable and a joy to know and I always leave feeling well cared for. Exactly the type of service that I would expect from Jaguar but sadly what I have not been able to find until now. Highly recommend!!! More

Overall good You get what you pay for here. The service and people are both good, the only downside is that sometimes it can be tricky for figuring out timing on You get what you pay for here. I've had my wheels aligned and it only took an hour, but a couple weeks before I've had an oil change take almost 3 hours. To the employees' credit they did make an effort to try and expedite the process as much as they could. The location is good and I would go back for future service. More

I bought this to Bens attention and he said send the letter and he would take care of it. He did not..2 weeks later i got a letter from the bank that it was in collections. I was upset and called Ben again and he said he would "investigate" and get me a check. It took 10 days and several follow up calls to get the check Either get your check before you leave the dealership.or better yet go somewhere else More
