Fixed Blower Motor - Ended up with broken Throttle Body On 7/26/17 my blower motor was replaced at the White Plains Mazda dealership. I picked up the car and immediately noticed something was wrong. It was On 7/26/17 my blower motor was replaced at the White Plains Mazda dealership. I picked up the car and immediately noticed something was wrong. It was idling very heavily. The car shut off on me in the middle of the road (very dangerous) a few blocks away, but I was able to get it working again. he next morning my check engine light is on and the car is idling very heavy again and threatened to turn off on me. I had no issues with this prior to the car being in the shop and now I'm being told that I need a new Throttle Body which costs $800+. When i spoke to one of the service agents this morning, he rolled his eyes and implied that he felt that the work was not done correctly. The service manager explained that the two issues are separate, which I agreed if done properly. They also left the temperature knob in a way that I have to put a lot of force into it just to get from cold to hot. The service manager told me it was fine and said they wouldn't fix it. More

Great service led to buying a car I was introduced to White Plains Mazda because I needed to have my car serviced close to work. They were terrific. That was nine months ago. I returne I was introduced to White Plains Mazda because I needed to have my car serviced close to work. They were terrific. That was nine months ago. I returned for a recall notice, and again, the service department was great. That was two weeks ago. Tomorrow I pick up a certified pre-owned CX-5. The entire process has gone without a single issue. The salesperson, Chuck Cowen, took great care of us. I expect the followup will go just as well, and I will definitely talk to them first when time comes to buy another vehicle. Great job guys!! More

I felt like I had never spoken to a more condescending I was interested in a certified pre-owned vehicle, and called in and spoke with salesman Chuck. I felt like I had never spoken to a more condescending person in my life. I asked him specific questions about the vehicle I was interested in, and rather than answer them, he kept saying things like "well what do YOU think?" And parroting information about the car which I could clearly read for myself on the website, rather than answering any of my direct questions. Full of sarcasm. Its unfortunate, because I was very interested in the vehicle, and excited to get my questions answered and make a potential purchase, but he basically turned me away from the sale. Awful experience. More
